Services are flexible, including full incorporation and company secretarial advice to plc’s or one-man companies, compliance advice to regulated financial services companies and the establishment and management of any or all of the accounting, payroll and taxation functions for start-up or established companies.

EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT SERVICES

Following the absorption of Jim McGill’s business, specialist executive recruitment services are now being offered to the financial services industry. An experienced, personal and confidential service has proven very attractive to a number of City institutions looking for additional or replacement stockbroking, financial and compliance staff.

VARIETY OF CHARGING STRUCTURES

Charging can be by way of fixed annual or monthly fees, or hourly rates dependent on level of service. Charging for the executive recruitment service is normally a percentage of the executive’s first year salary.

IN-HOUSE OR EXTERNAL

Services can be provided either at the client’s place of business or at Millers’ offices in the City of London.

COST EFFECTIVE

Millers appreciates that start-up ventures can have early cash-flow challenges and can tailor the charging structure to suit individual requirements, even locating and training full-time employees to implement the services in-house when the client is able to justify such recruitment.
